    • For orders under USD $1,000, shipping charges apply based on destination and weight
    • Heavier orders benefit from reduced per-unit shipping costs
  • Express Shipping
    • Available at an additional cost
    • Charges vary based on destination and order specifics


International Shipping Availability

We currently accept international orders from the following countries:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding holidays).
  • In the event of delays, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

Tehran Crystals is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including those caused by customs, couriers, or external conditions.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • This email includes a tracking number and the courier’s name.
  • Click ‘View your order’ in the email or visit the courier’s official website to track your package.


Customs and Duties

  • All orders are subject to international import laws.
  • Packages will include a complete invoice as required by postal and customs authorities.
  • Recipients are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed upon importation.
